Walter Lowney
Founder and President
As the founder of CCI, Walter developed the persuasive communication method that is the foundation of CCI’s training, self-learning and software. While based in Washington D.C., Walter iterated the method with practical application and feedback from training courses provided to fortune 500 companies and government organizations. Walter originates from Boston and attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He eventually taught law there and in Boston University before going on to found CCI.
Rick Ortiz

Rick has over 30 years of experience in business and technology. His record of success includes multiple global software solutions that achieved customer competitive advantage. Rick’s project management experience, technical expertise and eye for visual design combine to successfully deliver creative solutions for complex business processes.
Tammy Espinoza Ortiz
Director of Accounting
Tammy received a Bachlor of Arts at the University of New Mexico in Criminology and Spanish. After graduation she spent 13+ years in management and accounting roles from law firms and banking/mortgage companies to her own business. Tammy also manages bilingual support.
