Comunico Virtual or Classroom Training

It is uncommon for an organization to sustain high quality customer communication. This is because it is difficult for organizations to consistently organize ideas and information to focus on specific customer value. Training Synopsys

This training session is designed for two full days in a classroom setting. Adjust the agenda timing as needed. This session can be delivered by one or two trainers for up to thirty participants. The participants will work individually or in a team. All participants should bring a laptop computer to the class. The agenda with prerequisites will be sent to the participants before the training.

During the session, each participant will work individually to prepare and present their classroom exercise to the entire class. The class exercise will be a report or proposal for a case study they bring to class. The trainer will have at least two case studies for participants who did not bring one. The individual presentations take up most of Day 2. The participants can present individually or as a team. For the team presentations only one person representing the group will present.

The room should have a projector with sound, a podium for presenting and a whiteboard or flip chart for Q&A notes.
